Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Safe Space HR. Please review our simple booking guidelines before scheduling your session: 1. Booking & Confirmation All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our online system. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is scheduled. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you’re late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Missing a session without notice counts as a no-show, and the session will be forfeited. 4. Follow-up Sessions For plans that include follow-up session(s), an email with instructions to schedule your follow-up will be sent after your first appointment is completed. 5. Technical Issues If technical problems occur (like internet or platform issues), we’ll do our best to reconnect or reschedule your session at no additional cost. By booking, you agree to these terms and to respect the time and process we’ve set to support your coaching experience.
